「We enjoyed the deck at El Refugio. The beds were also comfortable. Nice location and view of Ensenada. 4 stars on cleanliness because there were a few really dirty spots (top of glass over stove and top of fridge) where a simple damp sponge would have done wonders. Hot water appliance also failed and was tricky to get hot water. But we were able to contact on-site person and owner and everything resolved to our satisfaction (I was able to take a hot shower). 「This is a nice location it’s convenient. It’s in the middle of all the party scene bars and clubs near bye so it is not particularly quiet, but it is very comfortable and there is lots of shopping and restaurants option's. Parking is easy since it’s gated and secure. 」
