「Was an excellent place to stay. Were upgraded to 2 bedroom apartment on arrival Had an issue with leaking toilet but was immediately dealt with when I reported it Spacious accommodation and very clean Good sized kitchen with excellent facilities Lovely pool area. Pool was heated and although not warm was not as Baltic as other pools in Lanzarote which were too cold to get in Would definitely stay there again. 」

Great for families or adults only. 99% staff members are very nice and pleasant Thumbs up for the chefs and Kitchen team as food was great and varied, easy to find something even for fussy children. 「The hotel is unbeatable. Staff is friendly and welcoming. All areas of the hotel are spotless and perfectly managed. The size is f the hotel is perfect- not too big to feel crowded. The green areas are spectacular. There are endless sandy beaches with crystal clear waters in front of the hotel. The street between the hotel and beach is pedestrian only. I travel with a service dog. Cooper was warmly welcomed by everyone. We had a lovely vacation.」
