「When we arrived the room was as advertised. However, I was hoping for the ocean view with the hammock. Tatiana upgraded us for the rest of our stay. The room was clean. The view lovely. The breakfast is healthy and filling. An assortment of breads, cheeses, granola, yogurt, and eggs cooked to order. Not to mention room fresh juices coffee and tea. The staff, especially Tatiana, was super nice and super helpful. We enjoyed our stay immensely.」

This was never communicated to us and the sound was unbearable, my kids and I had to look for an alternative lodging because they couldn’t sleep.
