"I understand you get what you pay for, but this place was awful! Looked more like a pay by the week situation. Many people living at this motel. One room had 3 people, 3 large dogs, and the dogs were just lunging at people as you walked by. People just hanging out drinking. The beds were horrible. You could feel the springs. Save your money, go somewhere else!"
"This Quality Inn is very well-organized. The parking lot is also sufficiently spacious. Situated right by the roadside, it is easy to locate, and getting around is very convenient. It is just a 30-minute drive from the Petrified Forest National Park. The room was cleaned to a high standard; the carpet, in particular, felt thoroughly vacuumed—clean enough to walk on barefoot. The bath towels and bedding were spotless, carrying a pleasant, fresh scent reminiscent of warm sunshine. The room itself was quite spacious and featured a desk suitable for both dining and writing—a detail I particularly appreciated. The staff members were all excellent; Sergio, in particular, was very gentle-mannered and always willing to accommodate guests' requests."
"The only issue I had was that I needed a receipt for my stay (to submit for work expenses) and they said they couldn’t give me one because I booked through a 3rd party (Hotels.com). I later found out that when booking through Hotels.com, if you choose the option “pay at property,” the hotel is suppose to give you a receipt when you check out. I finally reached the front desk later that day and they did email me a receipt. They apologized and made it right. It was just a long process to reach a live person at the actual property because all of the customer service phone numbers are AI.
Other than that, the hotel is very comfortable and clean and is a perfect spot to stay when passing through Holbrook, AZ. "

"Good value for money, the room was clean and comfortable. The road noise was an issue for one of my party. The biggest downside of this hotel is there is nowhere to have a meal, the only option were the Indian restaurant next door which was atrocious or subway 6 miles down the highway."
"Parking was decent, staff was nice and friendly. The breakfast didn’t have much variety. There was a cockroach in the bathroom, I took a picture of it and showed it to the attendant and he stated “they occasionally come around, there’s nothing I can do sorry.”"
