Amazing Historical Property
My family and I spent one night at the Orman Mansion on our way back to Denver from Carlsbad. We were contacted with check-in instructions early in the day and were able to arrange a later than normal check-in time. When we arrived we were greeted by one of the owner's of the property and told we had the whole place to ourselves and were able to explore the open areas.
My children (ages 10 & 12) enjoyed exploring the house and properly. The house is gorgeous and the owners have made it feel like it would have a century ago (with the addition of modern electricity and wi-fi). We enjoyed looking at each room and the details of art, historical books, historical toys, etc. really added to the experience.
The owners shared information with us on local restaurants and included a coupon for breakfast at a local establishment. This was our first trip to Pueblo, so this was incredibly convenient as our dinner and breakfast were both amazing.
My family and I enjoy the boutique hotel experience and the Orman Mansion was absolute an amazing stay and worth the additional cost of a standard hotel room.
