The only thing to know was that the hotel is located a bit out of Pucon and if you try to get to Pucon in the evening you will very possibly hit traffic at tge entrance of town. I had some significant flight delays and she accommodated me without hesitation (differently from expedia itself which proved to be unhelpful). When she saw the amount of luggage i had, she even gave me a bigger room. She prepared an early breakfast for me to accommodate my schedule. She is really a fantastic host.
