「We waited at least 20 minutes to check in. There were 2 women working, one checking in the lady ahead of us and one on the phone. There was some issue with the lady's card or payment and it took the one woman behind the desk going to the lady in the back room at least 5 times before that woman came out to help try and sort things out.
