I have enjoyed staying at Casandina for over a decade in Pucallpa and Miraflores. Exceptional and attentive staff, great internal food options, great buffet, awesome pool with an Amazon theme and gym. Above all safety and privacy!

Spent 6 nights at this lovely hotel. It was clean, comfortable, convenient, the staff were excellent. The pool and pool area is gorgeous- a real oasis. The breakfast was terrific with such a variety to choose from (the fresh fruit was outstanding.) The airport shuttle was a welcome feature. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Pucallpa.

Good experience.

Overall everything was pretty good. The room, the restaurant, the pool, and the service. We had some complaints about the the room but they were solved (at least most of them). We would definitely stay there again because of the service.

I have been staying here for over 4 years. A very safe and enjoyable hotel. Great tropical pool vibe, great breakfast buffet, lunch, dinner options and drinks. The staff is truly friendly, caring and attentive. Especially Raul, Marcela and Mayra. You are treated like family here and will continue to return here.
