「Fantastic break away, beautiful hotel, lovely staff, amazing food and very clean」

「A nice hotel, but if you don’t have children please book the sister hotel next door Ella Elissa. Helea is a very big, very busy hotel full of screaming children. Rooms are nice but again can hear babies crying all night. Perfect for families with young children, but anyone else should seek an alternative.」

「I would 100% recommend this Hotel! We felt very welcomed and relaxed! The only inconvenience was a blonde waitress at the main restaurant, which was very rude to us. But outside from that, the staff was very helpful and nice! Great hotel.」

「All was excellent and we very much enjoyed our stay here. There is some plastic and other small garbage pieces along the beach. It is hear to cleanup or prevent it from happening. I picked up some pieces every day but more people would have to do it too….」

Zum anderen haben wir ein super herzliches und aufmerksames Personal erlebt, das gleichzeitig ein qualitativ hochertiger Service abliefert. 「Overall, a good hotel, but small details could make it top-notch. No bottled water available at the bar or in the restaurant. This is usually a given whilst abroad, bottles could be filled up, but this would look mental as a couple with 3 1.5l bottles each daily. Room was nice but nothing in the mini bar.」

「Very nice staff! Pools looked great but we mainly went to the beach. The breakfast was really great. We are a family with 4 teenagers and there was plenty of choice for everyone : healthy yoghurt, fruits, eggs and omelets etc but also sweet crepes, croissants. Everyone looked forward to breakfast. Breakfast was superior with nice options such as chia pudding, overnight oats, spinach omelette, blueberry panna cotta, etc. Staff was friendly, although we think service was a bit 'slow' seeing how many staff there was for the limited amount of people. 「Sauberes Zimmer (zumindest im Hauptgebäude modern ausgestattet und völlig ausreichend), Geschirr beim Essen allerdings nicht immer ganz sauber und teilweise noch nass, Auffüllen der Mini Bar nur auf Nachfrage und mehr als 2 kleine Flaschen Wasser wurden nie aufgefüllt. Hatte darum gebeten anstelle von Softdrinks und Bier. Essen war etwas eintönig und die Qualität nicht die beste, aber das liegt an einem 4 Sterne Standard.」

「Die Hotelanlage war wunderbar und alles war zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Das Zimmer und insbesondere der große Privatpool waren traumhaft, einziges Manko: in der Dusche war die Duschwand kaputt und es hat leicht geschummelt, außerdem hatten wir immer wieder mit Ameisen im Zimmer zu kämpfen. Der Service in den Restaurants und den Bars war immer perfekt. Schade war, dass man im Hauptrestaurant keinen Einlass hatte, wenn man ein Themenrestaurant gebucht hatte, auch wenn es erst spät abends war.」
