「The room was tidy and clean, we were welcomed by the staff who made sure we had our keys left for us with security, after the reception closed, which was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and helpful. We didn’t make the use of the kitchen in the end, but it had all the usual amenities. 「Excellent communication, easy way to get in and out. Great and quiet location. Close to some shopping and great restaurants. The only thing I suggest needs an improvement is the size of the bed. Too small for 2 people in my opinion. Also, I would suggest adding a tv in a bedroom. Overall, my stay was excellent. I highly recommend this apartment. Now, please understand that 2 suggestions above are not the issues. Just the recommendations based on my personal liking.」

「Imagine flying to the town where you have your accommodation booked and paid to learn upon arrival that there is a couple bucks fee that you need to pay in order to get checked in (nowhere else in Gdansk i was asked to pay this fee), and there is no reception at the apartment - it's on the other side of the city where you might have to go to pay it, or their online option which is barely working, while the host replies to your messages once every 20-30 min. None of host's "emergency" phone...

A message was supposed to come 30 minutes before 3:00 but it came after we arrived and there was a reception in the house who knew nothing about the apartment and according to other residents in the house the rental was illegal. When we finally got into the apartment it turned out that it was not clean and we had to start cleaning.
