「Our stay here was overall okay, with a few highlights but also some areas that could use improvement. The location was excellent—very walkable and convenient for exploring Seville—and the balcony was a nice bonus space to relax. The beds were also very comfortable, which made for a good night’s sleep. That said, the apartment and building would benefit from some general upkeep. 「This is a pretty, well-located, well set-up property close to the tourist areas and to restaurants and bars. The room was thoughtfully prepared and the beds were comfortable. The windows and balconies are very nice and the rooftop patio is great. There are lots of well-located electrical outlets. The location of the laundry wasn’t clear so note that it is accessible from the rooftop patio. We didn’t find it until after we had already used a laundromat in the neighborhood. 「This was a beautiful property with all the comforts of ac, tea kettle, coffee maker, luxurious towels, and a washer/dryer on the 3rd floor (this provided so much help since the airport lost our main luggage).The room had a regular queen bed and sofa bed. I was impressed by the sofa bed’s size and high quality. The location was central to all the sites in Sevilla. Our host was attentive in his communication and kind. Highly recommend! I would love to return! 」

「Superbe chambre spacieuse, propre et moderne. Belle douche. Chambre très très bien placé à Seville pour facilement se déplacer et retourner à plusieurs reprises à la chambre durant la journée. Notre chambre donnait directement sur la rue au premier étage, ce qui rendait la chambre un peu bruyante. Très gros plus pour la terrasse sur le toit, on recommande.」
