「The hotel only allows check-in for very limited time frame and if you don’t arrive during that time, then you cannot check in, and they don’t care. The Manager is not on site and the person who is there is the cleaner, is only there for a limited time during the day, speaks very little English so she is not really able to assist with any requests or problems. We were greeted by her shaking a finger at us, yelling “no, no, no!” When we said we were there to check in. We had to get our taxi driver...

The views are incredible, and it was about a 12 minute walk to the beach. Chiara was very helpful and attentive if we needed anything at all! 「I enjoyed my 4 nights stay here very much. Naomi and Anza are both very friendly and helpful. They guided me many things, where I can find buses and which places to visit. Lovely staff, room are bigger and it also have a balcony. The only thing about it is there are 60 steps going up to the hotel which can be tiring if you have luggages.
