「Please spend your money somewhere else. Front desk staff was so rude and not helpful at all. We had to sleep with the front lights of the room on. There is no phone to contact front desk and we had to constantly go to the lobby for assistance. We were then told to email front desk, we sent 3 consecutive emails asking for help as we needed to sleep as we had an early flight. Never got help or a reply. When we came down to the lobby the next day and spoke to the front desk they were combative....

I didn’t rate the stay higher because it doesn’t know what it is yet. Is this a hotel, or apartment? We paid high prices for no real services. 「The house including our room and bathroom were clean. The host was also nice. We were lucky that we met the host when we arrived as they were ready to leave when we arrived. If we hadn't met them, we wouldn't have any place to stay for the night. Unfortunately, we were charged another fee by the host nearly as high as what we initially paid with the reasoning that there was a mistake on Expedia and that they didn't work with them anymore. It shouldn't be that a problem between Expedia and the...
