Every single member of staff we encountered from the valet team, the luggage transporters, reception staff & breakfast staff were remarkably kind, fun and friendly as well as helpful. This is the BEST hotel we have ever stayed in our lives… and we have stayed in many fancy and expensive hotels during our lives and this one beats them all. Do not book anywhere else for your stay. "We stayed there just one week after its opening, and it’s clear the property has a lot of promise. The location is excellent, the design is tasteful, and the atmosphere is refined. However, as with any brand-new hotel, there are still quite a few operational kinks to work out. From service coordination to small details, you can tell the team is still finding its rhythm. While we enjoyed our stay, I couldn’t help but think it would be a more seamless experience after six months of fine-tuning. I look forward to returning once it’s fully up and running. "
