「The hotel had construction of a new hotel next door. No mention of this was on the listing on the website at time of booking. The construction has been going the whole of 2025. On arrival at the hotel I was placed in a room facing the construction. Returning to reception to complain I was given another room. That room was slightly quieter from the main construction noise. 「Loved my stay. Hotel was amazing with brilliantly helpful staff. Accommodation was as advertised so immediately we could enjoy the holiday. We chose half board. Breakfast was a feast with so many options. Nothing too difficult. So many choices of restaurants included in the dinner options. Safe main road with plenty of shops, restaurants, fast food and bars. 「The hotel is new, in a great location, only a short 5 min walk from the main Protaras strip and beaches. The rooms are beautiful and very clean and the beds comfy. Lots of pillows too which was a nice touch. We also has a pull out sofa bed for the little one which was brilliant. The receptionists Andria and Panayiotis were exceptionally helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, they went above and beyond to facilitate our late check out which was greatly appreciated.
