「The hotel had construction of a new hotel next door. No mention of this was on the listing on the website at time of booking. The construction has been going the whole of 2025. On arrival at the hotel I was placed in a room facing the construction. Returning to reception to complain I was given another room. That room was slightly quieter from the main construction noise. However the bath was damaged with pealing paint that had been badly over painted. The construction noise could be heard...

Small touches like waiters offering to carry drinks to your table made a difference. The entertainment team were fun and engaging for both kids and adults. Raj the doorman deserves a special mention—he’s hilarious and brilliant with children. Even though we didn’t travel with younger kids, it’s clear this hotel is very family-friendly.
