Bar staff, and front staff were amazing. The rooms were okay, not extremely clean, the toilet and tub need upgrades. The rooms were basic, old beds and pillows. We did find a shot stain on the covers of one of the beds.

The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good and tasty, clean room and great amenity. The only two issues I had was this constant stench in my bathroom room 630 . I think may be a plumbing issue . Also is it possible for the hotel to change to disposable toilet brushes instead of the regular toilet ...

Totally acceptable once I was checked in.

I found communication a bit slow and posted information on reception desk hours contradictory. It's just a student accommodation thats been opened up for use during the summer. It's a nice area. Felt very safe and has some food and shopping nearby. Probably a 20 minute walk from the station and city centre. The accompdation was nice, modern and comfortable. Not as good as a traditional hotel ...
