「Beautiful boutique hotel in Hydra Town. Just blocks from the ferry docks. Small property, only a few rooms, excellent housekeeping. And a homemade breakfast that was huge, varied tremendously from day to day, multiple dishes, and NOT a buffet. From pastries to fruit, eggs, coffee, custard…so glad we opted to eat there instead of going to a restaurant. Fantastic place, would go back in a heartbeat. 」

「The staff at Hydra hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. I was in room 201 with spectacular corner views of the port and was right next to the breakfast area with its own outdoor area. Unless you are carrying a light weight bag, just plan on hiring the donkey transportation to the hotel. I carried my heavy bad myself, having not understood how many steps there actually were and would not recommend it!
