「Good」

「Breakfast control is very terrible and lound in the eating area」

「I stayed one night - after an event therefore I only used the room between 2:00 am and 9:30 am. I would not return. I could hear people arguing, coughing, etc. and therefore did not get the sleep that I needed. The towels were crispy - not soft. I was going to let the front desk know - but no one was there.」

「excellant location, connected by free airport link, one stop from T3, 2 stops from T1」

「The hotel charged $30 per night for the parking. Room key was used to scan to the parking lot. If the customer didn't park at the hotel, why they had to be charged for the parking? Those front desk employees were not honest. 」

「The hotel itself is incredible. I did not choose other airport hotel which is much cheaper because of the need to be convenient and easily get to the hotel to rest. However, I seriously ask that there should be better signage in the airport to show travellers which direction to reach the hotel, I spent much time pulling the luggage cart wandering in the airport to find the hotel and so tired.」
