普林格爾灣Spa 飯店，旅行前必看！

「They are not accommodating at all I booked for myself and my 11 year old and 15 year old. Conning from the USA about 5 hours away I got they don’t allow kids under 16 and I have to pay extra for them to stay there. No where does that say it on the booking form or info page. Then got told I should be luck to get a refund. Would not recommend this place at all 」

「The room itself was lovely. small suite 2 Bedrooms Lovely spot and staff OK No chair in large double room All 3 wardrobe doors sqeaked badly. Reported 4 times over 2 night stay not fixed. Bedside light in both rooms not working. Fixed after 2 requests, then not bright enaough Electric plug socket fouled by top of desk unit in double bed room Toilet paper holder by washbasin instead of by toilet. No "do not disturb" sign despite many requests. Good Nespresso machine, but mug too tall to...
