We loved our stay! Beautiful location, and view on the bay. Love the tennis access, the pool (my kids loved it as it enables a lot of games in the waterfall etc), the beach ! Very clean and quiet! We hope to come back!

Beautiful and peaceful stay

The property was beautiful. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Even though we didn’t have an ocean view we very much enjoyed our view of the mountains and waterfalls and all the beautiful plants. The beach was a bit of a walk but through beautiful paved tropical paradise. Good snorkeling right off the beach and a closeby beach bar. Great bar/restaurant with awesome views and friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome experience at the Happy Talk Lounge! Beautiful smiles upon entry and exit, with delicious and tender meatballs in between. The view was heavenly and the drinks divine:)

Everyone was great! Property was clean and easy to get around. Took a minute to figure out we didn’t need to ride the cart every time to our room. Front desk staff was not very friendly, so we just stayed to ourselves. Despite the front desk we still plan to go back!

The villas were outfitted with everything you need to make you feel at home. Awesome staff and impeccably well kept grounds! Tennis courts were wonderful and the grilling station was very nice:) I would have preferred A later check out time, but all in all it was A memorable experience. I would definitely recommend and will be returning.

The property was beautiful. The rooms were very accommodating and nice. There was hair left on the shower wall from the previous guest....and we had them clean the room one day and the dishwasher was not emptied after we ran it.

We love this place! The rooms are spacious and we’ll set up for use. There is a lanai off both bedroom and living room. The views are spectacular!!

Loved our stay, we had gorgeous mountain view on first floor. Pool and hot tub were very nice. We loved the happy talk restaurant and the pizza place. Also enjoyed the sunset view from the restaurants. Our bed was very comfortable, only thing negative about our room is the dishwasher didn't work very good but other than that it was amazing. I would definitely go back

It’s a wonderful resort! I recommend it to anyone. The rooms are spacious, clean and very quiet especially at night and early morning (the island is full of roosters!), the kitchen is fully equipped. The resort has pools, a jacuzzi, lots of tennis courts (you can rent equipment and/or sign in for a tennis lesson), access to the beach. In addition the territory is well maintained and beautiful with lots of tropical plants.

As always a trip to Hawaii is amazing and during this, our second stay at HBR, we were very happy with our visit. Particularly amazing was the attentive, prompt and friendly cart service especially from Jaloni. He was a highlight and certainly Raffy and Wolf along with Ryan and the rest of the staff at Happy Talk made our visit so fun. We loved the views of Hanalei Bay and Bali High and our room was mostly comfortable. We could have used a few more towels more than just twice in our 2 week stay and noticed the louvred doors really needed dusting. The first couple nights without AC in the second bedroom were a small challenge, but they provided an extension cord so we could position the floor fan in the doorway to blow in the cooler air from the rest of the unit into the room to sleep. We'll definitely return!
