「Never had interaction with staff because of check-in and check-out kiosk. The room was nice and had plenty of room. The low rating was mainly because of the lack of adequate wi-fi. There was barely any service on 5G and if you logged on to the guest wi-fi, you barely got service. My husband was unable to complete necessary work from the room and had to go off site to use a hot spot to get it done which was very inconvenient! Also, the air didn’t seem to work properly and wasn’t cold. Cool but...

「I live in hotels full time for the past 2 years. I've stays in hundreds of them. This is by far the worst. Bugs everywhere. I had to buy bug strips because of how many flys. Also the ceiling drips. It wasn't raining either. Who knows what liquid it was. But it will drip on your bed. Blood on the walls. Bed sheets dont get changed ever. You will have to sleep in dirty sheets.」
