「I recently stayed at your property and wanted to take a moment to share my experience.
Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay. The staff were welcoming and professional, and the atmosphere of the hotel made it very comfortable and relaxing. I especially appreciated [heated pool and the lounge to relax, the cleanliness, the location near the 15 highway, breakfast, service.
There were a couple of minor aspects that could be improved, such as letting the client know that if there is anything else...

「Merci pour l'attention vue notre anniversaire de couple. Vous êtes une belle équipe. Chambre propre. Petit bemol mettre le chauffage et brancher la télé et le frigo avant l'arrivée mais nous allons quand même revenir vous voir sans faute!!. Continuer votre bon travail!」
