First, I booked on expedia. I booked a room with 2 king beds. The hotel doesnt have a room like that. Second, the hotel is out of room keys and the front desk person had to let us in every time. 3rd the room never cooled down with the air on high. The beds were fine. The room was clean. The girl operating the front desk was nice.

There was some construction going on, but we were mostly gone during the day while work was being done. All the staff we were in contact with was extremely friendly, from the front desk to house keeping. The room was clean & nice.

The door to room wouldn't lock when I left. It could be pushed open. Fortunately, I had nothing valuable. The PTAC unit was filthy. The room just looked oddly arranged. They are remodeling the lobby; therefore, breakfast is a little complicated. The biscuits however could have been used for hockey pucks. I could not even cut them with a knife. Limited places to stay in Pikeville. Not worth the price.

They are under construction. There was no lobby. No breakfast bar. Not even creamer for the coffee pot they had sitting on the front desk, Rooms were not the best. No trash bags. Carpet was dirty. Beds are not standard size. Taller than normal. My elderly aunts had to get a step ladder. The positive I will say the two girls at the front desk were very friendly and tried their best to accommodate. The circumstances was not their fault.

It was under construction. room phone did not work, Tv did not work, front desk clerk came to look at it could not fix it. Said she would sent someone else to look at it. 45 min later talked to another desk clerk cause no one showed up. I was then told to unplug the TV and the box then plug back in then the TV worked. Beds to high.

It was a nice quiet place to stay. They are undergoing construction to the left of the main entrance inside. It may be a breakfast room? They did have vending machines available to purchase snacks and drinks.

The staff never said hello or anything when we got there. The foyer was tore up and a note hanging saying they were doing construction. My door would not close all the way and lock unless you lifted on the door and pushed really hard. Was able to walk to a restaurant for drinks and food.

I stayed in 2024 for the same festival, Hillbilly Days, as this years stay. This hotel was renovating in '24 and it just got worse. In a year nothing got better, only worse. I picked up the phone to call the front desk regarding USB connections in the room-there were none, my phone was not connected to the wall, no connection to the outside world or the front desk!!!! The Breakfast area was a hotel room with a pitiful selection to choose from. The room that was routinely the lounging area and the breakfast area were being jackhammered with debris everywhere, some into the lobby area making it a dangerous environment to walk through. WHAT A MESS, HORRIBLE PLACE TO STAY!

They were remodeling but the room was great. Especially housekeeping, Sharlene, very helpful and friendly. Room was very clean. They atarted spray painting at 8:30 a.m. that smelled so bad.

Great location and the bed was very comfortable. Staff was nice but my TV didn't work and the reply was I've had several complaints, but our technician isn't in and I can't leave the desk. That was not an acceptable response especially if several people had a problem. Should have contacted the manager to get someone out. Hotel was under renovation but rooms weren't real clean either.
