"I actually enjoyed most of my time at Choctaw, however, I was annoyed that I was not allowed to go to 21+ side swimming pool because I forgot my ID at home. I had a photo of my ID but the staff would not accept that. One of the main reasons I decided to spend my anniversary at Choctaw was to spend a good amount of time at the adults only swimming pool. I feel like an exception could have been made. I paid close to $500 for one night there, and I wasn’t able to fully access all the amenities. Also, when I booked the hotel, nowhere in the description did it mention guests have to bring their IDs for adult pool access. That really put a damper on my whole experience."
