"When we arrived, woman at the reception said, that they don’t have my booking, although, I booked and paid it 2 weeks before check-in. Anyway, they gave us an another room but without the shower even without mentioning of compensation and excuses. Everything was terrible. Completely terrible. Don’t even consider this place for your stay. Never."

"Prišli sme a nevedeli o nás. (faktúra sa im niekde stratila) Ale zase snažili sa nás čim skôr ubytovať a tým odčiniť počiatočné nepríjemné prekvapenie.
