A foto do quarto não tem absolutamente nada a ver com a realidade. Banheiro sujo, não havia toalhas no meu quarto e o lençol estava manchado. Atendimento nota 10 para a recepcionista, muito educada, porém o rapaz do checkout — que acredito ser o dono ou gerente — foi extremamente grosso, parecia que estava fazendo um favor para nós. O box do banheiro estava faltando um pedaço (tenho foto), os azulejos estavam encardidos, o frigobar não funcionava, as toalhas eram manchadas. Que descaso. Além disso, o café da manhã estava cheio de moscas. Compreendo que é um problema comum na cidade de Presidente Prudente, mas eles não têm nenhuma preocupação com ventilação. Havia moscas em todos os queijos. Privada manchada e sem tampa, banheiro com azulejos encardidos, box quebrado, frigobar sem funcionar, lençol sujo e manchado. Que nojo. Eu fico chateada porque eles enganam pela foto do anúncio: parece ser uma coisa, mas na verdade é outra.

Péssimo hotel

O hotel é antigo, há muitas coisas qubradas por toda a edificação. Há janelas de quartos que não fecham e fazem barulho a noite inteira por causa do vento, as roupas de cama são nitidamente antigas e sujas, os itens do café da manhã aparentam serem de dias anteriores, entre outros problemas. No meu caso ainda havia uma grande infiltração e mofo no teto do quarto, de onde gotejou água suja por toda a noite e atingiu os meus pertences. Informei ao hotel e eles simplesmente lamentaram o ocorrido.

Pelo valor nao se pode exigir.

Atwbdimento do garoto da entrada foi excelentes muito prestativo. Instalações muito antiga. Falta de tomadas no quarto. Cafe da manhã faltava cafe a toda hora, nao tinha queijo na mesa, reposição veio quandonestava saindo e comi coisas que não queria.
