"We got there just after 6pm. The place was open but there is no reception, nor was anyone there to greet us and no phone number to call. Fortunately there was a couple of guys staying there who were able to call someone who let us into our room. "Très belle expérience, on se sent bien , pas de bruit , on profite de la nature. Bonne prise en charge, un chauffeur vous dépose avec vos bagages au début et à la fin du séjour. -point d'amélioration en période de forte chaleur, moustiquaires aux fenêtres et mise a disposition d'un ventilateur dans le logement. Sinon tout est très bien, la literie, l'espace cuisine, etc.. Merci pour ce bon moment. Épicerie en réfection pendant le séjour. "

"The most beautiful peaceful place with an amazing view and a sense of calm - we had a lake house. The park was great. You have to walk quite a bit, because of distance from the parking area to the house. The facilities are excellent. However renting bikes an paddle boards are far too expensive. The staff were very young and didn´t speak English well enough. We were there on the national holiday and had signed up for a paddle tournament. But since it rained a little, no one from the staff...

"Have stayed at this hotel many times since 2017, was in room 211 this time. As always the room was great, large size with a big shower. Now the new railway station is open its a quick walk through to the town centre. Very handy for the flibco bus to charleroi airport, the bus stops right outside"

"We had an excellent time at B&B Hotel Mons. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with great bathrooms and comfortable beds. However, the best part of the stay was the customer service. Most notably, Theo, who greeted us at the front desk on both of our visits (we had two nights booked in separated by a night elsewhere). He was warm, genuine, friendly and even provided my partner an opportunity to practice her french. Theo also celebrated our engagement with excitement and glee and made us feel welcoming throughout. I am not sure if there is any reward for a good review. But Theo deserves commendation for his excellent customer service. We plan to return down the line and hope to be greeted with him then too."
