"There is no closet in this room and nowhere to hang anything, no phones on bedside tables or places to charge phones, very small bath towels, nowhere in the shower to put soap or shampoo/conditioner, no hair dryer, no lock besides the door handle lock. Nice vanity and shower, had been updated. bed was okay."

"I enjoyed the room. It has a fridge, microwave, and nice tv. It was very clean. It is cleaned daily which I appreciated. The hotel is very convenient and comfortable. The only issue I had was when I checked in. The front desk staff was rude. They did not know what the “third party” partners rules and regulations were. I contacted Hotels.com and it was figured out right away. On the second day which was a Wednesday staff came to the door shouting “Are you checking out or what?” I said, “I'm here until Saturday” that staff was the cleaning crew. I just didn’t understand how they didn’t know I wasn’t checking out. Luckily I was there so they wouldn’t toss my stuff. Other than the staff the room was exactly what I have been looking for. I will stay here again and definitely avoid staff. Room: comfortable bed, pillows are ok. Clean towels. Very clean and cleaned daily. Parking: lots of parking. Pool: very clean and accessible. Property: very clean. Room Amenities: fridge, phone, microwave, tv, keurig. all available Surroundings: excellent fast food/restaurants and shopping, close to hospitals."

"The bathroom floor boards were damaged with water and were disintegrated. There were no hand towels. Instead there were two bath towels. The bath room floor towel had black stains. The blanket on the bed was not washed. Morning breakfast had no eggs or Cereal. They had no sugar substitute for coffee. Just bread and cupcakes. They had orange juice. I did not see the receptionist in the morning while I was having my breakfast or when I checked out. The Expedia Website states that the hotel had a restaurant. It did not! Syed"
