「The front reception was empty most of the time. I had to wait on the street before check out. The staff behaved nicely though. Room was very poorly equipped and decorated. It didn't look like on the photos. I felt I was overcharged for this stay. On the last day the toilet broke but it was repaired within 7hours when I was visiting the city. The location was good, close to Citta Alta and the gallery. In overall I would not recommend this hotel.」

「Hotel was in a great location and was clean and tidy, however the self service check in was not very intuitive, and when we had a problem with the automatic lock on our door, you could only call a local number, which for an international traveller is not a good thing. The cleaner eventually helped us call the local number and after a bit of hassle the problem with the lock was resolved. There was a whatsapp number, but they would not take calls for service. Think this communication process lets...

「Beautiful hotel. Pristine inside and out. Staff pleasant to deal with and can easily be contacted via WhatsApp during out of hours. Superior Room big enough for two children and two adults. Quality, solid furniture and a gorgeously fitted kitchen with integrated dish washer and induction hob made it a pleasure to cook during the downtime after exploring. Outdoor terrace is a great bonus to watch the sun set. Reserved parking bays for your rental car in a secured parking lot that’s gated...
