「This was a great value and oasis in a busy town. The staff was very friendly and helpful especially Dhuri in the hotel restaurant.」

「I enjoyed my 6 days there. I was a solo female tourist. The staff always went beyond to meet my needs. The electric sockets in Indonesia are unique in that they are round and sunken. So my square universal plug did not fit. Their engineering quickly found a spare conversion socket for me to use. They were happy to fill up my water bottle with ice whenever I asked. 「Didn't enjoy staying in this hotel. The music in the reception area is too loud. Music by the Swimming Pool has a very limited playlist and the same songs constantly go on and on. No one at the bar if you want to order a drink or grab a towel. Breakfast was very dull, no many options and no tasty. The internet was good in this hotel. 」
