「The staff were v attentive and helpful. Esp happy with Indrajit. The only negative was the fact that they on Sundays they do not have any a l carte restaurant service - we had to have an expensive buffet which we were to tired to do any justice to. 」

「We (family of 4) had a wonderful stay at Essentia Premier, staff were incredibly welcoming, helpful. Rooms were spot on, clean very well maintained, front desk staff were excellent, she even upgraded my parent's room to ensure we stay next to each other. Breakfast at thier restaurant Citron is another highlight breakfast is amazing, overall we had a fantastic time at this place and would definitely recommend for families.」

「Though this is a chained hotel, the quality of this hotel is not as good as it claimed and rated. Room is old and outdated. Overall, the receptionist is in good attitude but didn't tell us the proper Wifi password until we faced difficulty and asked again.」
