「The hotel itself needs lots of repair . The elevator was not functioning and air conditioning was very loud. However my main issue is the dishonesty by either Expedia or hotel. I had to check out early and I was told by the front desk that I need to discuss refund for additional two days with Expedia . I called Expedia and was told that I will be given two days refund for days not stayed. I asked for an email to confirm and was told that it will come in 48-72 hours. I also confirmed that all...

「Very professional and friendly staff right from the front desk to breakfast area and housekeeping. Travelling with a hockey team can be interesting at times but staff were so great with our parents and players. Highly recommend this hotel 10/10」
