Check in was at 3pm, I called in advance to request an early check in of 11am and was told there will be a $15 fee which was fine, but the staff acted as though he never received that notice. 「I enjoyed our stay. I was traveling alone with two kids for a last minute trip. Hotel felt safe. Room was clean and well appointed. All the staff we encountered was so kind. Everything we ended up needing was very close and convenient. The only reason I wouldn't book again is if we found another hotel with a better pool area and hot tub. 」
