Staff are exceptional especially Joana & Irina in the hotel bar, both are real superstars!!
Breakfast buffet style with everything you could wish for.

「We had issues with our safe. After asking for it to be fixed multiple times, someone finally came 24 hours later.
Our fan started working randomly one of the nights, from 23:00 to 02:00, we were unable to turn it off!
For an all inclusive 5 star hotel, there werent many food options and even when we came to eat when the restaurant opened, the food was lukewarm / cold.
We had pork steaks one day that weren't cooked properly, which resulted in food poisoning...not nice at all - we lost 48nhours of...

「We liked this hotel. It’s not directly on a beach, but very short walking distance or 3 minutes drive. The hotel has its own parking. About 10 minutes to drive to the charming old town. The breakfast was very nice and fresh. 」
