We did not sleep at this property the key did not work properly in the door. The neighborhood was unsafe. Did not look at all like pictures. The breakfast, the rooftop shown in pics and descriptions….was a block away at Hotel Santiago. We left messages at front desk of Hotel where we stayed for 1 night and payed out of pocket. Still have no reimbursement for other accommodations we did not use.

L'hôtel est correct, assez moderne mais pas bien entretenu, il y a une réception 24/24 bien pratique. Le personnel est sympa. Pas de wifi au 5 étage , l'ascenseur est pété. Donc rapport qualité très moyen, pour un hôtel 4 étoiles on rigole un peu

Contratamos un apartament con piscina y parquing. Ni una cosa ni la otra tenia el apartamento. Ademas, nada que ver con la fotografia que se mostrava en la reserva. La piscina que ofrecian era la de un hotel (donde hicimos el check-in però que afirmaban no tener nada que ver con los apartamentos) y tenia un coste de 6 euros por persona y dia si la queríamos utilizar. Nos comunicamos con atención al cliente de Expedia y nos dijeron que ellos atendian a lo que decian los del hotel (ese que afirmaba no tener nada que ver con el apartamento). "Que sí tenian piscina però que se tenia que pagar" . Y que "pàrquing también tenian però segun dispinibilidad" . En fin, es nuestra primera experiència con Expedia y serà difícil que volvamos a repetir. Tan difícil como que se publique este comentario, pero no se podra decir que no lo comunicamos.

Appena sufficiente

Abbiamo soggiornato in coppia 4 notti ad agosto con soluzione in appartamento e colazione inclusa presso l'hotel adiacente, quest'ultima gustosa e varia. L'appartamento era grande, climatizzato e luminoso, ubicato in una zona centrale di Praia. Tuttavia era privo di stoviglie, il bagno aveva dei sanitari vecchi ed era molto trascurato; inoltre la biancheria da letto e da bagno era molto usurata. Il personale parla solo portoghese, ma è stato sollecito nel risolvere i problemi dell'alloggio circa il funzionamento della televisione o una perdita di acqua nel bagno.

Dans le contexte de Praia, sans être un hôtel (appartement), c’est un très bon rapport qualité/prix. Services de l’hôtel au top, petit déjeuné super, après.... on est au cap vert. Il y a le wifi qui fonctionne, de l’eau chaude, cuisine, machine à laver etc. Très bien pour Praia. Pas loin de la plage, les principaux marchés un peu loin a pieds mais à 5 minutes en taxi (1€50 la course).

OK stay

There was lack of information in regards to how the check in was to be done and what was offered. The apartment was clean upon arrival, however, throughout the stay, the apartment was only lightly cleaned once and they did not provide: toilet paper or cleaning items like a sponge or broom to clean it myself. The sheets and towels seemed to have been changed but nothing else was touched. If these items are not to be provided, this should be highlighted during the reservation. Contacting the manager or owner of the apartments also seemed to be not easy, as the Hotel Santiago staff tried. Since the Hotel staff didn't have much information, waiting for the Apartments manager was the only option. Regarding breakfast, it was basic but good, but it was not communicated that this was served at the hotel. Internet in the apartment was ok, but only in the bedroom. The TV only offered few channels and not local ones. Regarding the price, I paid more to stay at the apartments, but next time will prefer staying at a hotel.

Das Appartent ist sehrungenügend eingerichtet und verfügt nur über 1 Schrank ohne Kleiderbügel. Das 2. Zimmer hat keine Ablgemöglichkeit für Kleider. Es wurde 1 Tuch im Badezimmer zur Verfügung gestellt und wenig Toilettenpapier. Gereinigt wurde erst nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen an der Reception des Hotels und per Mail. In den 13 Tagen wurde nur 1Mal gereinigt. Die Küche ist sehr dpärlich eingerichtet, wir mussten das Spülmittel (und schlussendlich auch das Toilettenpapier) selbst kaufen. Tücher zum Trocknen gab es auch keine. Die Kontaktperson Daniel M. hat uns nur vor der Ankunft unsere Mails beantwortet. Während unserer Anwesenheit und unseren Reklamationen hat er sich nicht mehr gemeldet. Nicht zu empfehlen!!
