「My stay at Hotel Araguaia was excellent. The hotel was very clean and the staff were extremely friendly. Every need I had was taken care of with attention and kindness. The location is wonderful, right in front of the beach, and the air conditioning works perfectly, keeping the room fresh and comfortable. The accommodations are very good. Abriu várias vezes o portão, deu p.hig, limpou o chão do degelo da geladeira,etc. Só não gostei do check -in, tive que mostrar o pagamento feito, da fatura do cartão, já tinha pago tanto os 50%,quanto o restante pelo cartão. O pessoal da portaria nem tinha reservado um quarto para nós !」

「I don't know who said this place was nice; they must have been paid. There were exposed electrical wires exposed by water. Over was broken. Couch was broken. The door jammed, and we had to climb out the window to get help. It was so bad that I left early and got a new place. Owner did not want to issue a refund, but it was bad that Expedia did, justly, after I sent them pictures and videos. If you are even half human, stay away from here. 」
