A localização, considerando o objetivo da viagem é excelente, para quem precisa estar próximo ao aeroporto ou sul da ilha. Ainda mais considerando a absoluta falta de acomodações próximas ao aeroporto. O prédio, apesar de ser novo, não possui elevador.
