The hotel is very nicely designed and the spa facilities are amazing. Dinner at the restaurant was average, but staff were helpful and friendly. Not all the reception staff were that friendly or helpful however - in particular, one lady was short with me, she actually did not listen to me properly and assumed I didn’t have a spa reservation so I had to stay calm and reiterate 4x that I already had a reservation whilst each time she got more annoyed..she got it eventually! The extra payment for car parking is currently not explicitly mentioned in the hotels.com listing which would be good for the hotel to rectify and update this..

Nice hotel , far away from everything. Room was clean. Spa is nice, but you have to pay for it separately. Even to go yo Gym, you have to pay. Would recommend this place if you do not need to be in the city center

This would have been the perfect stay for what I needed however the reception staff were unhelpful and the showers were freezing cold. I reported this on checkout as I had to catch a flight and was told there’s no issue. The showers are freezing cold don’t stay here

Hotel was overall ok, not too far from the office I was going to. However - the spa was not as expected. The booble bath was cold and everyone going there was freezing and staff pretending it was hot enough and did not listen. Thought we should get back some of the money. Breakfast a bit boring. Dinner not so high quality and quantity small.

A multi-purpose hotel close to Prague

This hotel came as a very pleasant surprise. I booked last minute, and was impressed with the result. This is a new hotel, spa and fitness centre set alone in parkland within the Prague city limits. So, even though you are still in the city, it can at times feel like peaceful countryside. The area is used by families for walking and the police to exercise their horses! The hotel is equipped with possibly the best hotel gym ever (extra charges apply) and there is a spa also. There is a bar and restaurant with outdoor seating. It is a short walk from a metro station and you can get up the hill on the bus. Prague transport also takes credit card by pay wave - easy. Staff and check-in were efficient.

I booked this hotel for the spa but we were not allow to use it unless we pay extra. This was not mentioned when we booked the hotel. Breakfast option was so poor. No option for people who dont eat meat. No fish or omlet unless we pay extra again. Inshort service was very poor.

The room was cleaned daily, all of the staff were great, nothing was a problem for them. They spoke good English. The hotel was close to the metro which made going into town easy. I would recommend this hotel

Die lage des Hotels war sehr angenehm, allerdings sind einige informationen zum Hotel unvollständig oder falsch,Spa( was als bereich nur Sauna, Dampfbad, eisbad und einem kleinen Whirlpool. Auch die Massagen muss man dazu buchen. Das steht so leider nirgendwo auf der Expedia seite.

Bei mir war es tatsächlich so, dass mein Frühstück nicht wie auf den Bildern ausgiebig war. Käse, bissle Paprika dazu Gurken und Rührei dazu kommt noch das es geheißen hat ich zahle vor Ort 240€. Letztendlich habe ich trotzdem 275€ bezahlt und das geht überhaupt nicht. Ich habe die Reise in Deutschland gebucht und hier sollten die Preise passen und nicht vor Ort um 25€ höher sein !!! Des Weiteren wurde mir trotzdem von meiner Karte 118€ für die Nacht gebucht obwohl Bezahlung vor Ort war. Hatte dann eine email geschrieben ob das so richtig ist. Meinte man ja !!! Für was eine Bezahlung vor Ort???? Am besten ist es direkt zu bezahlen dann zahlt ihr auch den tatsächlichen Preis und nicht den vor Ort mit mehr … echt schade aber es ist nun rum und ich hoffe konnte den anderen helfen bei der Bewertung !!!

Veldig bra opphold

Veldig bra opphold, selv om jeg bare brukte det som et sted å sove, var det ingen problem. Litt "dårlig" lokalasjon dersom du ønsker å benytte offentlig transport, ettersom parken man går igjennom er delvis ikke belyst - gjerne skummelt for noen.
