We had a nice time at the Volcano Spa Hotel! The staff was great, very helpful and nice. It was super convenient to get into the city center, just a short walk to the bus. The hotel itself was well maintained, and the food at the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner was delicious. I think our only complaints were that we did find a daddy long legs in our room the first night, and we weren’t able to adjust the AC, so it was too warm (for our tastes). But overall it was a good stay, and I would recommend it!

Beautiful hotel in a lovely setting but there’s nothing nearby of any interest. However, it’s within easy walking distance to transport links to the centre. Room was clean but the biggest downside was the aircon which wasn’t working in this heatwave. Tried to open the windows but due to being near a road and flight path so traffic noise was unbearable. Aircon is centrally controlled so nothing could be done I used the wellness and fitness centre which were good. The restaurant serves absolutely delicious food and would recommend. Good portion sizes and representation.

nice style clean hotel. Breakfast was good. Staff were helpful. Sadly you have to pay for facilities like spa (why???). In addition the food/dinner was good, but first time to experience that when you order chicken and steak, you only got that??? No dressing and no green.. It was not cheap either. But other than that, food was ok. Also one thing hope that they check all the things in the room is ok and working. in our bath room, floor rock was broken( it was moving) so every time when you open the bath door, it was kinda blocking to open the glass door.

Rooms basic for a 4 star hotel. No tea or coffee facilities in room. First night room was cold and pillows flat. Poor night sleep. Quite isolated from nearby amenities. Staff at reception not very friendly or helpful. Checked out a day early even though I paid for 3 nights. Probably wouldn’t stay again. None of the facilities were explained to me. 😔😔

The hotel is very nicely designed and the spa facilities are amazing. Dinner at the restaurant was average, but staff were helpful and friendly. Not all the reception staff were that friendly or helpful however - in particular, one lady was short with me, she actually did not listen to me properly and assumed I didn’t have a spa reservation so I had to stay calm and reiterate 4x that I already had a reservation whilst each time she got more annoyed..she got it eventually! The extra payment for car parking is currently not explicitly mentioned in the hotels.com listing which would be good for the hotel to rectify and update this..
