It was kind of quiet area but can be accessed by trams or buses. The room was very comfortable and clean. Staffs were kind and helpful. My most favorite was breakfast, many plenty of food that I don’t eat normally. If I visited Prague in the future I would like to stay in this hotel again ^_^

We had a wonderful stay at the Three Crowns - we were attending a conference at another hotel, but wanted to stay somewhere within walking distance. That staff were wonderful and friendly, and made sure our stay was just right. Breakfast was tasty and a good range of food and drinks were available. We would happily stay here again next time we are in the area!

My particular room was located around 50 meters from the hotel where I book the room in the separate building without reception, this was not mentioned during booking process, quite noisy room, something like residential building after reconstruction with quite cheep common areas

Comfortable, clean, warm, excellent breakfast, convenient location with ample nearby restaurants and bars. Walking distance to the main city centre. Good cheap tram service nearby. Helpful staff who will also book a taxi for you to and from the airport although better to phone them than send an email. Overall a great hotel.

I suggest to clean the curtains, there was paint like blood on them. That's the only detail, regardless the rest is a nice place to stay and to leave the luggage.

Bauarbeiten im Hotel!! Sehr laut mit Presslufthammer....Die Bauarbeiten beginnen um 7 Uhr morgens und enden um 18 Uhr. Auschlafen war nicht möglich!! Kein Urlaub!!

Wir hatten ein Comfort Zimmer gebucht, insbesondere der Sanitärbereich war aber schon in die Jahre gekommen und war nicht ganz so sauber. Die Einfachverglasung hat wenig Lärm abgehalten, so dass man Nachts häufiger wach wurde. Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielseitig und sehr lecker. Schon beim Check In gab es jedoch Probleme. Da die Software des Hotels unser gebuchtes Frühstück nicht korrekt angezeigt hat, wollte man dies verwehren bzw. hat uns aufgefordert dies mit Expedia zu klären. Ich hätte erwartet, dass das Personal dies übernimmt. Dank dem engagierten und netten Mitarbeiter von Expedia haben wir aber doch noch unser Frühstück erhalten.

Three Crowns hluti hótelsins er gamall, líkt og hótel íbúðir og allt vel komið til ára sinna. Rúmin voru mjög óþægileg og engar hreinlætisvörur til staðar. Útsýni úr herbergi var ekki til staðar. Staðsetningin var góð upp á samgöngur í gamla bæinn.

Nous étions un couple avec un enfant de 2 ans Nous sommes arrivés à 12h30, le Check in nous a était refusé (chose qui peu arrivée) nous avons laissé nos bagages sur place et sommes sortie faire un tour. En revenant à 16h30, Check in fait mais on nous a donné une chambre dans un autre immeuble (il fallait traverser la rue avec la neige qui avait !!!)au 3ème étage, et quand je réclame pour avoir une chambre dans le même immeuble où il y a la réception, on me dit on est complet. En arrivant dans la chambre, 30 minutes plus tard la femme de chambre est venu toquer sur la porte en me demandant de descendre avec elle pour l’aider à monter le lit bébé !!! durant le séjour l’ascenseur est tombé en panne à 2 reprises, j’ y étais voir la réception pour réclamer que j’ai un bébé et que ma femme est enceinte en plus et qu’on ne peu pas monter 3 étages par les escaliers, on me répond nous pouvons pas vous changer de chambre et qu’un technicien va intervenir dans les 24 h chose qui n’a pas était faite. Pour le petit déjeuner, il fallait à chaque fois se déplacer dans l’autre immeuble où il y’a la réception (descendre les escaliers, et traverser la rue avec une poussette et femme enceinte à -5 degrés) Les chambres pas du tout insonorisés comme c’est décrit sur la description, des gens criaient dans les couloirs à 1h du matin. Seul point positif, bon petit déjeuner et proximité des transports ( bus 207 à 150 m qui dépose au centre ville en 20 min)

Ambiente tranquilo, personal agradable y buen desayuno. En cuanto a limpieza, mal.. No cambiaron las toallas en 3 dias y nos dijeron que era porque no las habíamois dejado en el suelo. Supongo que teníamos que haber hecho lo mismo con las tazas de café, que tampoco se limpiaban.
