I booked hotel January 2020 for that summer. Had to cancel due to COVID and was offered 12 month voucher. Travel restrictions still had not been lifted even after 12 months so asked for refund. Hotel refused to let me change dates or refund. After I made other plans they then offered me to change dates. Too late. Still refuse to refund and they expect to keep my $300 after providing me nothing. Avoid.

Absolutely recommend

Prague was a beautiful city! We arrived at the hotel to find that we had the most spacious room with a breakfast coffee area and large balcony which I imagine would have been perfect during warmer months. Breakfast was continental with a good choice. Would absolutely recommend

מלון סוויטות נהדר ממש במרכז העניינים, קרוב להכל: לכיכר העיר העתיקה (השעון האסטרונומי), למגדל אבק השריפה, לרובע היהודי, לקניון פלדיום.... ממש 5-6 דק' מהכל ברגל. חדרים מרווחים מאד, מיטה נוחה, שירות אדיב, ארוחת בוקר חביבה, נקי ומתוחזק. היינו זוג בסופ"ש בדצמבר וממליצים בחום על המקום הזה.

Well maintained and equipped accommodation and good location. Biggest complaint is management as they advertise 2 bedroom, 1 living room which is false advertising as the hotel doesn’t have any 2 bedroom apartments. We booked particularly to have this combination and management reneged on compensation as promised. One positive Hotels.com did compensate.

A great place to stay in Prague

First time in Prague with two friends, and we needed a place with space for all of us to be comfortable to sleep. We were very happy with the close proximity to all the sights, the comfort, cleanliness, and arrangement of the rooms (actually it was like an apartment), and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, Billy in particular. The breakfast buffet had enough variety for each of us to find what we wanted and kept us satisfied until early afternoon most days.

In the heart of the Old Town, and one of the favorable location to stay at. The staffs are friendly and able to help me with tours and different options to optimize my stay in the city! And since the city never sleeps, the night theme is super spectacular! I can't highly recommend this place enough!
