They're all kindably staff. The free break fast was amazing! It was delicious! Especially,the crape is tasty. The room was always clean.They cleaned my room every day. The price of room was also reasonable. If I travel here again,I would choose this hotel again!

Great location, right in Old Town and just a few steps away from the Charles Bridge while being in a relatively quiet area. Restaurants and shopping are super close and the staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay there again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Betlem Club Hotel. The room was well prepared, the air conditioner worked (it was a hot few days in Prague), there was a big selection for breakfast, Renata and the other women at the front desk were lovely. And it was conveniently located to all the beautiful sites in Old Town.

The property was a super cool experience in that it was decorated in a medieval style. Otherwise, the room was clean and had all we needed. We got to Prague at 10am though checkin was not until afternoon, but the staff gladly let us store our bags there while we walked around. Also very conveniently located in old town
