Lovely mini break

Our flight was delayed over night, they responded immediately to our email and were very understanding when we did finally arrive. Although only a small hotel, there was always someone on hand if you needed them. Very pleasant location, very helpful about where to eat and what to see.

Great staff and hotel

The outlook of this hotel building probably not doing the justice for this hotel, staff and the service. Staff was one of the nicest we have seen/met to date and they fulfilled all of our needs above and beyond. Inside of the hotel kept to a very good conditions despite how it looks from outside or how the surrounding areas look like. The suite we booked is very spacious with 2 rooms setting on either side of the wing so you can let your kids go free as they liked. TV had Netflix so that's a bonus to keep the kids busy. Good selection of hot, cold food served for breakfast, which is regularly topped up. Very close to the centre of Prague with options available to dine out. If I had to mention anything that was not so positive is the mattresses we had were the firmest we ever slept on. We normally have the Firm (UK standard) but these were almost like rocks.

Kahvaltı az çeşitli fakat sağlıklı ve doyurucu idi. Görevliler her daim servis hizmetinin yürütülmesi için özenli bir davranış içindeydiler. Kahvaltı bölümü temiz ve düzenli idi . Odalar çok geniş, temiz idi, yataklar çok konforlu ve büyüktü. Ebeveyn ve çocuk odasının ayrı olması rahatlık açısından olumlu idi. Çalışanlar ilgili ve yardımseverdi. Otelin konumu çok merkezi bir yerde idi. Tramvay ve metro hattına çok yakın olması gezilecek yerlere ulaşımda çok rahatlık sağladı. Otelin bulunduğu bölge merkezi ve güvenli idi. Gece geç saatlere kadar gezmek için ideal bir konumda.

Ótimo hotel com boa localização

O quarto família é muito espaçoso, renovado e limpo. O atendimento foi excelente, pudemos deixar nossas malas após check out pra buscar depois, quando ainda nos ofereceram um café. A única coisa que não é muito boa é o Wi-Fi que é um pouco lento.

Perfekt beliggenhed og god service.

Dejligt beliggende hotel, men tilpas tilbage trukket, så mam slipper for byens larm. Brugte ikke bilen, mens vi var der. Personalet var flinke og hjælpsomme. Morgenmads buffeten kunne godt have mere variation af maden.
