Unique colour of building. I asked who I believe was the manager if they did food. Yes came the reply, “what time” I asked, “I don’t know, 7.00, 7.30, no - 8.00” Are there any restaurants nearby the are open at 6.30 to 7.00 - “I don’t know” Are there any in Pozzallo? - “yes, but don’t know any of them” Room was dark and unwelcoming. Facilities on offer are bettered by most guest houses and simple bed and breakfasts. Never is this a 3 star hotel - avoid - you have been warned.

Hôtel basique. Au regard du tarif il ne faut pas s’attendre à un service top niveau. Points positifs : la climatisation!! Avec un séjour en plein mois d’août c’est un luxe très appréciable ! Literie ok. Calme pour dormir. Réception ouverte H24. Salle de bain bien entretenue. Points négatifs : mini bar vide ! Étant arrivée à 22h je n’avais qu’une envie boire de l’eau !! Je me jete donc sur le mini bar/frigo = résultat éteint et vide ! Le « buffet » petit déjeuner est très sommaire : biscotte confiture quelques croissants, jus de fruit imbuvable par contre. Donc si compris dans le tarif ok. Sinon n’ajoutez pas les 3€. Dernière chose la personne de l’accueil est très antipathique par contre. Parle peu anglais. Dommage.

L’hotel è a conduzione familiare, tutti molto disponibili e gentili...io e mio marito ci siamo sentiti a casa! Cenato 2 sere al Ristorante e dobbiamo dire che abbiamo mangiato moooolto bene...pesce freschissimo, cavatelli alla Norma semplicemente strepitosi, parmigiana speciale ed anche la pizza è ottima...avremmo voluto assaggiare altre pietanze che avevano un aspetto davvero invitante, ma le porzioni generose ce l’hanno impedito! Lo consigliamo senza ombra di dubbio.

Hübsches Hotel aber ab vom Schuss

Hotel sauber und gut aber nur mit Fahrzeug nutzbar da etwas abgelegen. Lage ungünstig da Wohngebiet mit vielen lauten Hunden die stundenlang bellen. Baustellen ab 7 Uhr in betrieb, nichts zum ausschlafen! Frühstück etwas dürftig.

Very Poor staff

I am sorry to day this was an awful hotel - beginning with having to go a search for someone to check us in. the staff where sullen, rude and unfriendly. the only good thing was the Pizza in the evening which was OK - unfortunately the same cannot be said for the breakfast buffet very poor show.
