"When we checked in, the desk clerk was polite, but not especially friendly. Pretty abupt. We were very pleased with the room itself. It was lovely. However, the door into the room was VERY hard to get into, and out of from the inside. Very annoying when you're very tired and just want to get in and settled for the night. And, last but not least, we paid over $200 for the room-a decent free breakfast should have been available. All there was was just a piddly little continental breakfast hardly even worth mentioning. We will not be back."
