Great location, room with strong WiFi, bed a little on the old side. Breakfast had great varieties with eggs , sausages, hams, cakes and fruits. The pao de queijo was very delicious. Convenient parking garage came in very handy. Only complaint I had was their room amenities listed on Expedia were deficient, it turns out some room don’t have AC while others do. In Expedia listing none showed to have AC, but in the reviews I saw many customers complimented the AC at the rooms. I figured all rooms must have AC. So I booked a standard room. Well when I checked in , found out my room didn’t have AC! so I went to the reception, they found me another room with AC at a small extra charge(thank God hotel wasn’t full). I suggested to the reception they should fix their Expedia listing to avoid future confusions. Overall was a great stay, recommend the hotel.

Hotel bom, quarto espaçoso, porém o banheiro tem limitações e dificulta a passagem entre a porta e o box. O café da manhã foi quase o mesmo todos os dias.

Quarto grande e cama boa, porém com pouca ventilação o que dá bastante cheiro de mofo na parte da cabeceira da cama. Tive que dormir com a cabeça para os pés da cama. A toalha estava suja e a que repuseram tinha forte odor de mofo. Muito limpo, e organizado, os produtos de higiene pessoal, são de alta qualidade, o chuveiro perfeito. O quarto que me hospedei tinham 2 camas de solteiro e uma de casal , todas com a mesma qualidade. A única ressalva é em relação a recepcionista, se quer me olhou quando falava, olhava apenas para o computador e para a máquina de passar o cartão. Uma pena porque na noite que me hospedei na recepção tinha um senhor muito gentil e educado. Enfim o único ponto a ser revisto, o restante nada além de elogios.

Faço uma observação quanto aos quartos que tem ventiladores, pois o que estava no quarto que fiquei, fazia muito barulho e não consegui dormir com ele ligado. Horrível, o hotel é uma barulheira terrível, gente entrando e saindo dos quartos, batendo portas o tempo todo, gente no corredor andando e conversando a noite inteira e não contente um Campo ou quadra de futebol ao lado dos quartos, não dormimos a noite toda e logo que clareou os gritos do futebol começaram. A cama é pequena e muito desconfortável, Não dá nem pra dormir, pegamos nossas coisas e fomos embora decepcionados.
