「Beautiful hotel」

「Very good services and the hotel staff are extremely helpful and friendly. 」

「A new (at least, look new) and an exquisite hotel. Good environment.」

「Room was not cleaned, there was spider cobwebs under TV unit, bathroom. Floor was dirty with dirt and gum was stuck on the floor under the bed. Lizard was there in the bathroom. Other than that there was no issue. 」

「Nice location with great views from the rooms. The rooms however do need a modernization (the bathrooms in particular) and the floors were a bit smeary with residue of cleanser. Be aware that the road leading there has many pot-holes (a warning sign would be helpful, especially when arriving in the dark) and while that may not be in the purview of the hotel, those on the driveway and parking area should at least be fixed by the hotel.」

「Nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The room is small but neat and tidy. Location is convenient. There're plenty of restaurant choices and big supermarkets within 15 mins walk. Train station is opposite to the hotel, but it is under maintenance so we took a shuttle bus to another town to change train when leaving.」

「Our stay was very nice. The cottage is cosy and homy. But the temperature in the bathroom was really cold. The diversity of the birds in the garden was incredible. Its a nice place for hiking in the blue mountains 」

「It was quite cold and so great that the room has additional heater and blanket plus electronic blanket. Location is fantastic as all the restaurants are just down the road.」
