I was very disappointed that the room did not have a microwave oven. The sink in the lav was too low also,and when I took a shower the water went from boiling hot to freezing cold without my help…..worst shower I’ve had in a hotel. Room 300 needs work!

Hyatt Place National Harbor
The hotel was lovely and staff was very accommodating. We were upgraded to a waterfront room, which was beautiful. Kasa Del Ray Alexandria
Everything was really perfect. The only issue was the non working air conditioning when I got there. I was able to " fix" it, but then the last night it stopped again. Kasa team was very avaikable and very helpful.
