Sheraton Pentagon City Hotel
I was very disappointed that the room did not have a microwave oven. The sink in the lav was too low also,and when I took a shower the water went from boiling hot to freezing cold without my help…..worst shower I’ve had in a hotel. Room 300 needs work!

Hyatt Place National Harbor
The hotel was lovely and staff was very accommodating. We were upgraded to a waterfront room, which was beautiful. However, there were large, rowdy crowds outside until 3 in the morning, which made for a very restless night. We could hear the soors to our neighbors opening and closing repeatedly ...

There was no hot water available in the morning around 9 or 9:30. Information was not passed to oncoming personnel regarding checkout procedures.

Kasa Del Ray Alexandria
Everything was really perfect. The only issue was the non working air conditioning when I got there. I was able to " fix" it, but then the last night it stopped again. Kasa team was very avaikable and very helpful.
