「The hotel lobby, reception and dining area was good. It's a big hotel and conveniently located. The room where I stayed was spacious. However there are a few issues which if resolved can really improve the rating. The bathroom needs renovation. Not a major one but it needs a good upgrade. The linen needs to be completely replaced with new ones. Then ones provided were dirty or seemed dirty. I got the pillows replaced. The replacement ones weren't too clean either. Someone really needs to look at...

「The room was neat and clean, staff was very courteous. The area had a lot of eating and dining options available. They serve a yummy evening tea/ Hi tea platter to all guests for free. Will come again.」

「This hotel is excellent value for money. Beds are very comfortable, bathrooms were Impressive, breakfast was simple but nice. Only flaw was there is no fridges in rooms. Staff were lovely & respectful. Variety for food was amazing in the local area.」
