「I stayed for a week in June. The room was spacious and clean, with WiFi and an AC unit. Breakfast was what Americans might call "continental", with local sweets to go with an espresso, fruit and yogurt. The person who checked me in was very helpful and friendly, was happy to provide some local information, and checked in on me several times during the stay to see if I needed anything. The only downside was that the one-way street outside my window was a bit noisier than I would have...

「Great location walking distance to St Rita Basilica. Staff were very friendly. Fantastic views from the balcony. Manager took time out of his busy schedule to help us solve an issue with one of the nuns at the basilica. He didn’t have to do it but he didn’t want his guests to leave upset , although the issue was not with the hotel at all! We will definitely go back to the same hotel.」

「We found the P.S. to be a very attractive property. Norcia is delightful small city. Staff very pleasant and helpful and professional. Our only challenge was the parking. It is difficult and limited. One must navigate very narrow twisty city streets.」

「This hotel/restaurant was in a little village that was absolutely gorgeous. The area had several hiking paths which unfortunately we could not go on. For us it was a thrill to be in this town and the diner they cooked for us was exquisite. Home made. The host/manager was very good, cordial and very welcoming. I highly recommend this place. 」

「La camera era accogliente ma non così come sembrava nelle foto. Dagli scarichi del bagno salivano odori sgradevoli. La SPA troppo affollata. Abbiamo rinunciato il secondo giorno all'ingresso. Forse non si aspettavano tutte quelle persone, ma atteso che avevano già le prenotazioni potevano mettere qualche cameriere in più nel ristorante e nella sala colazione.」

「Smack bang in the middle of the old town, situated just in the pedestrianised area. Given the location, there is no parking, but we had no problems finding free parking within a 3 minute walk. (I'd recommend a car so that you can visit outlying towns / villages/ mountains.) The hotel does a good continental breakfast between 7 and 10. L'Aquila has plenty of options for bars, restaurants etc.」

「Great location to explore up Via Roma. Beautiful view up and down the river. Everything worked as expected in the room. A really lovely breakfast is included with a broad range of options all very fresh. But the best is the two guys in the breakfast lounge who made the drinks. Sadly I thought my wife had asked their names and she thought I had. Just sorry I can’t give a more personal shout out to them!」
